We seek to love God above all things, and our neighbors as ourselves.

Children's Ministry

Children are beloved members of our congregation at Ghent Church! Faithful to our liturgy, our congregation adopts our children into our family of faith at baptism and accepts the responsibility of partnering with parents to provide spiritual and physical nurture of their growing relationship with Christ.

Nursery - infants to age 3

Our nurseries are just one way we seek to uphold the promises we make at baptism. Our nurseries support adult ministries by providing a safe, loving, and fun environment for the children while their parents are involved in study or service.

The nurseries also provide an opportunity for the children to develop relationships with other children and adults in our church community. We hire a consistent staff to work with our volunteers and we strive in all we do to show our children that they are loved and valued.

Children's Worship

Our Children's Worship is a great way for children to learn the stories of faith, and have fun too!  Learn more about Children's Worship here!

Live Big One Room Sunday School - age PreK3 to 5th grade

The greatest way for children to grow in faith is through hearing the stories of the Bible, and then to explore their meaning through song, art, and games! Our children also grow in faith by learning to pray with and for their special faith friends. Ghent offers the well respected Live Big One Room Christian Education experience    for children ages 3 - 5th grade.           The Amazing Bible Race - age 6th to 12th grade
